Developed and directed development of Request for Proposals and competitive bids for data processing hardware, software and other products ancillary to electronic medical records in hospitals nationally and internationally.
Knowledge of current and upcoming technologies across multi-functional lines allowed HITS to market ideas and maintain liaison with such organizations as the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council. Training and experience as a contracting officer for the Department of Veteran’s Affairs garnered valuable experience in preparing project budgets, supervising contracts as well as personnel and preparing reports that reflect status of program activities as well as projected timelines.
